I've Become a Follower

I've officially become a follower of two different blogs today (Ben and Rylee's in Sri Lanka, and Oli's in Glendora, CA). Knowing that I'll be checking their blogs more often, I'm sure people will somehow find their way onto mine.

With that being said, I should probably keep mine up to date. So, now the goal is to find something interesting to write and keep you entertained!

Jonny's younger cousin (Oliver or Oli for short) flew in from England last Wednesday night and will be staying with us for the next 2 weeks. He will be interning at Grace for the next 3 months and then back to England he goes. Ian (my father-in-law) has only told me wonderful things about Oli, and so far so TRUE! He's 21 and a total cutie - you know the girls are already going crazy. Cute boy plus accent, um yes please! (I mean, I did marry his cousin for similar reasons) - :)

Currently I'm watching Extreme Edition Home Makeover. I don't know what it is about this show, but every time I watch it I can't help but cry! The real emotion people feel is contagious and all of the sudden, my emotions overwhelm me. Haha, that's so funny to think about because I don't really cry very often to begin with (other than movies of course). The freaking guy proposed during this episode! Talk about tears. Oh geez.

What else? Jonny and I have plans to go to Vegas with my parents this weekend (Thursday - Saturday) and I cannot wait. I don't think Jonny or I LOVE Vegas, but we can't wait to be together and away from "life" if that makes any sense. June has been a busy month; we came home from our honeymoon and hit the ground running because Jackie and Scott just got married on Saturday. They are traveling around Europe somewhere and will be for the next week and a half.

I thought July would bring some down time and peace, but it's actually busier than I expected.

Week one: Vegas

Week two: Camping with Co122

Week three: Pool party at the Parker's

Week four: ?? Always something, right?

I guess this is all for now. There will be more to come!
