Personality Tests 101

Enneagram

Jon and I were going over our Myers Briggs. It made me remember my enneagram results. See the above posting to learn more. By the way, I am an ENFJ: [Warm, empathetic, responsive, and responsible. Highly attuned to the emotions, needs, and motivations of others. Find potential in everyone, want to help others fulfill their potential. May act as catalysts for individual and group growth. Loyal, responsive to praise and criticism. Sociable, facilitate others in a group, and provide inspiring leadership]. Jon says he is an ENTP [Quick, ingenious, stimulating, alert, and outspoken. Resourceful in solving new and challenging problems. Adept at generating conceptual possibilities and then analyzing them strategically. Good at reading other people. Bored by routine, will seldom do the same thing the same way, apt to turn to one new interest after another]. (I think he has ENTJ qualities as well). Maybe both? See http://www.myersbriggs.org/my-mbti-personality-type/mbti-basics/the-16-mbti-types.asp if you're interested in learning what your personality type is.

Only 215 days to go!

Only 215 more days until I will meet Jon in the Florida airport where we get to spend the next three weeks in his Naples home. I pretty much ask Jon everyday what we are going to do when we are there, but his answers seem to vary from ehh to aww... Besides waking up for prayer at 7am (yikes!), he promised to go on bike rides with me. Oh, and of course there is the beach. For some reason, what I'm looking forward to the most is hanging out with Ann and bringing a little more estrogen into the household! Beating up on the boys will be fun too, along with rolling in my tears from Chris' Christmas play I'm going to tell him to plan.

Before Jon and I leave La Mirada to go to Florida (him on the 14th and me on the 17th), Jon will graduates from Talbot University. Right now, he is hoping to get a job in Colorado, where his best friend was hired at a private Christian high school. As long as there is a solid Chrisitan church that needs help with their administration, I am all for Colorado :). I also know that Amy, BJ, and Matt would not mind it. Mama Boiko would though!

Well, that is all for now.
